In no event shall OneClickDub be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall OneClickDub's liability exceed the amount of fees paid by you to OneClickDub during the 12-month period preceding the date of the claim.

OneClickDub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. OneClickDub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Special Declaration: The subtitle translation and dubbing features provided by this Service are strictly limited to personal learning, research, and non-commercial purposes. Users shall not use the content generated by this Service for any illegal, infringing, or other unauthorized purposes. Any legal liability arising from the user's violation of this declaration or relevant laws and regulations shall be borne solely by the user, and OneClickDub shall not bear any joint and several liability.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
